Is "blacks whine about everything" the new tactic for racists to discount acts of discrimination?

Unfortunately the election of the BHO has made many in the "black" community very arrogant and angry rather than happy. Many think this is their big chance to stick it to "white" people. I suspect that the incidence of playing the race card will increase as any perceived sleight or injustice will be considered discrimination. We are further from racial harmony in the US now than we were twenty years ago.
