Will my Laptop play Call of Duty: Black Ops nicely?

You should be able to play Call of Duty: Black Ops. That is a decent computer you have and if you can play CoD WAW then you should be able to play the new CoD Black Ops on your computer. I tried it and it worked on mine and I have a worse computer than you. If you are wondering how I got to play CoD Black Ops before it came out .......then I can't tell you lol.
